Vlookup Function Arguments are correct but nothing in cell
I have a VLOOKUP function in my excel worksheet. I built it using the wizard. When I look at the function argument wizard, the function result value at the bottom is correct. However, in my cell it simply returns the function equation and not the value. I even hit F9 and nothing happened. Since the wizard appears to be returing the right value, how do I get the cell to execute the function? -- Tom |

Try Ctrl and the key next to the figure 1 on the top row. This toggles
between showing formula and showing values. -- Rae Drysdale "Tom" wrote: I have a VLOOKUP function in my excel worksheet. I built it using the wizard. It is possible that you accidentally hit CTRL+ ` (the key just to the left of the 1). If you hit that combination again, it should turn off the Formula View.
