Sumif between values
Hi,
I'm trying to add up the values in column C only if the the corresponding values in Column A is Equal to and between 2000 and 3000, 3000 and 4000, 4000 and 5000. A B C 1 2000 tom $10 2 2200 bob $20 3 4058 lue $50 4 3000 sue $6 5 4125 nik $8 This is what the answers should be: 2000 $30 3000 $6 4000 $58 This is what I have but I get 0 all the time. I can't figure out the criteria part: =SUMIF(A1:A5,A1:A5 AND(=2000,<3000),C1:C5) Thanks Ivano |
Sumif between values
one way:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A5=2000),--(A1:A5<3000),(C1:C5)) See http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/doubleneg.html for an explanation of how the -- works.
