automatically making a copy of a sheet
 

i have a data in a sheet of one page only and i take print of this sheet
on two pages to get large view. i want the same data on another sheet to
take a print on one page only.
it can be done by copy and pasting to other sheet and adjusting print
area for one page.
but i want that data of one sheet should be automatically updated on
other sheet so that i could take print immediately of the same data in
two ways i-e one on two pages and other is on one page.

any way to do this...

Hi starguy,

There is a simple way of doing it. (Only if your data is not big.
Other-wise the file would take a lot of time to open).

Open a new sheet.
Go to Cell "A1"
type "=" and link it to your data sheet at cell "A1"
check the last cell of your data sheet and copy your formula to for
that range in the new sheet.

problem is that I have to add and delete rows. this method do not work
there.
