Pivot Table
 

When I use Pivot Table, in the Layout function sometimes data adds up as
"COUNT" and sometime as "SUM". What prompts data sums up as copunt vs sum.
Where do you chage your setting ?

You can't change the default settings for the data fields. If a field
contains blank cells, or cells with text, it will default to COUNT.
Otherwise, it will SUM.
