How to stop a general format cell
Hi there Does any one knows how to stop formatting cells automatically? I didn't tell Excel to format cells into any category types or formulae but it changes the numbers of the OTHER cells automatically whenever I type in a number. Please find an attachment. In the cell B29, C29, D29, E29, and F29, they don't have any formulae and their cell format is set to "General". When I type a number into these cells, for example, the cell B29, all numbers in the cell, B24-26 will get changed! I have unticked an option, Tools Options Edit tab 'Extend data range formats and formulas', checked ‘Data’ ‘Validation’ to see if there are any hidden rules, and viewed code from the sheet tab (there was nothing!) but none of them help. It would be a great help if anyone advise me anything!
