saved worksheet opens in new with macro error report

my saved worksheet opens in the foreground of another new worksheet and i
cannot access the toolbars at the top of the worksheet because of this
the error report comes up as macro ...
not sure what to do about getting the worksheet that is saved opened as per
normal
