Default Merging data from Multiple Worksheets

Hi All,

I have a workbook with two worksheets. Worksheet1 has most of the data
I need except for a couple of columns. In worksheet2 I have the data
that I am missing from worksheet1 in addition to some other data that
exists in both.

I would like to start at the first row of data in worksheet1, pick up
the key data and locate an exact match in worksheet2, then return some
other value from another column but same row from worksheet2 to update
worksheet1.

I have considered VLOOKUP but am not sure if that is exactly what I
need. I have read several threads on the subject but am still not
sure.

Any help would be appreciated.
