Need Formula! Look for box selected and do certain function
 

I have 3 cells - when one is selected I want Excel to look at the specific
row assigned to that cell and add the duration days assigned to that cell to
the date in the cell next to it. I've tried lookup, hlookup, IF, and nothing
allows me to do this. Help!
