how do I reverse the asending A Z Button

I pressed the asending button If I am right in saying that, The button that
has an A over Z with an arrow next to it in Excel, On my data base and I
moved all the Names (600) 0f them about down about 8 rows, they are
missmatched with the zip's and address's. Can some one help me get back where
I was otherwise I have a whole lot of work ahead of me.

Thanks
Bill

Hi
can't you copy the old range and copy it to a new column or is the sorting
completely wrong. If yes, probably nothing you can do after you have saved
this result

Thanks frank But the names moved down 8 spaces and I think the zip codes
moved also I need to move them back up 8 spaces keeping the first colum in
place as in aligning the names with the correct address's

but then again: Try copying for ecample cells B9:C100 to the cells D1:E92
and afterwards delete B9:C100

Nothing lost if you haven't saved. Just exit the file. Else??
