I can´t protec cell in excel only there are options for protec sheet or work
book but there isn´'t to protec cell |

Select the cells you want locked.
Format|cells|protection Tab|check Locked. And select the cells you want unlocked format|cells|protection tab|uncheck locked Then tools|protection|protect sheet Locked/unlocked cells won't mean much until the worksheet is protected. And on top of that worksheet protection is easily broken. Don't try to protect info that you don't want getting out. Excel doesn't have that kind of security.
