Hi
Very easy one for you all....How do I set the sort order in a pivot table so it sorts descending in the sum of... total column? I am using Excel 97. Thanks |

Right click on the colum of members (leftmost column) and choose FIELD
SETTINGS. Then click on the ADVANCED button. You should see 3 options for sorting - Manual, Ascending and descending. Choose descending and then pick the total column (e.g. Sum Of ...). Select a cell in the Total column
