Can I modify the YIELD formula to use a monthly frequency?
YIELD(settlement, maturity, rate,pr,redemption, frequ ency, basis) Frequency is the number of coupon payments per year. For annual payments, frequency = 1; for semiannual, frequency = 2; for quarterly, frequency = 4; for monthly, frequency = 12 . While this would make eminent sense, unfortunately, Yield does not support
monthly payments. A frequency of 12 gets you a #Num error. Many people have requested this enhancement. Hopefully Microsoft will support this in the next release. -- Regards, Fred "Gary L Brown" wrote in message ...
