How do you use the explode and collapse panel to hide rows?

Not sure what it is called, but I've seen where you can set certain rows and
columns to be regularly hidden and unhidden, and have an area on the top and
side of the worksheet with plus and minus signs to explode and collapse these
rows and columns. I have no idea what this feature is called or how to
implement. Any help is appreciated.

In the Help files, look up "Outline".
