Ranking on basis of 3 Parameters
 

Hi,

I have an 5 columns of monthly Data....viz.,

Employee |Quality AHT Attendance Schedule
Adherence(hrs)|
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

on the basis of the 4 parameters for employees, i want to rank
Employees in descending order. the employee with the highest values
will get a 1 & so on...

Can any one help...???
