excel-How many macros can one spread sheet have
I need to know how many macros can one spread sheet have. I have a
spreadsheet i am working on that could have just over one hundred macros. Basically what i am trying to do is set up the spread sheet to have a cell selcted and click on macro button to put in for example NIV for divison, or 4110 for account.as seen below. I can when we are busy have to write out over 7to 8 pages of entries. 5910 NIS 5910 NIS 4910 NIV 4910 NIV I have to do sales transfers weekly and writing out first all the account then enter dollar amounts, then go in to ACCPAC and do a journal of what i have on paper. May be be abel to inport the excel spreadsheet. ????Help |

Hi,
I am not sure exactly what you want to do but you should consider looking into data validation, it may be able to do what you want. You could set one column with the account in and another with the division and then concatenate them in a third column. That way you can select the account and division from a drop down list. Hope this helps. Sean "David" wrote in message ... I need to know how many macros can one spread sheet have. I have a spreadsheet i am working on that could have just over one hundred macros.
