Hi
It might just be me, but I don't understand what you want. You have a column of invoice amounts - and what do you want from it? Andy. "candahope" wrote in message ... I get an invoice requesting let's say $41000.00 to be pd, I have individual job invoices of smaller amounts (ex: 1724.69, 470.37, 26005.24, 16163.73) what I am trying to do is using the smaller invoices get as close as I can to the requested amout of 41,000. Can this be done and am I a little bit more clear this time? It's hard to explain w/o the actual paperwork. |

If you know that some of the se invoice will make up the total you can use
