Data overflow to second worksheet

When I move data from an external source (AS400) the data will flow to a
second workbook if I have more than the 65256 record limit. If I move data
from lAccess 2003 to Excel 2003 I get a message that the transfer stopped at
the upper limit instead of going to the second worksheet. Is there a work
around for this
