Conditional Formatting: Formula is
I need a formula where D6 font colour will respond to M6 on the following
criteria: if M6 is 5 and < 9 then font to change to green bold italic if M6 is 8 then font to change to red bold italic otherwise font to be black (D6 is text and M6 is numerical) Needs to be a nested formula as I have other conditional formatting conditions already applied to the cell. Running excel 2003 Can anyone please help? |

You can't generate different formats from one conditional formatting condition, you'll need at least as many conditions as formats so =M68 format as red bold italic =M65 format as green bold italic What other conditions do you have? -- daddylonglegs ------------------------------------------------------------------------ daddylonglegs's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30486 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=527882 |
