how to create refrence using first and last words of any supplier
 

please have a look and ill appreciate any help.

Supplier Name 40 Chantress Close, Dagenham, Essex

i need to create refrence for above property somthing like this

Ref Required somthing like this 40CHANBD

whereas "40" is the first two words, "chan" the second four words and "bd"
represent council i.e. barking and dagenham. make note "bd" have to be shown
in formulae so as to add to the refrence.
