You must convert the formulas to values BEFORE you save it.

Saving spreadsheet
If you want to permanently change the formulas to values, select the range of formulas and choose Edit/Copy. Then choose Edit/Paste Special and click against Values and then click OK. So for instance =1+2 would be permanently converted to 3.
