Hello,
I have created a pivot table in Excel 2002 that is using a list of data from another tab in Excel 2002. Within the page filters, I have several filters in which I would like to be able to select multiple items at one time but can't figure out how to do it. For example, one of my page filters is 'Category'. Currently, I can only select ONE of the following: 'All', 'Category 1', 'Category 2', 'Category 3', etc. I would like to be able to select multiple items at once such as 'Category 1' and 'Category 2' at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

You can temporarily move the page field to the row area, and select the
items you want to show. Then, move the field back to the page area. Or, double-click on the page field button. In the Hide Items list, select the items you want hidden, then click OK Stix_1998 wrote: Hello, I have created a pivot table in Excel 2002 that is using a list of data from another tab in Excel 2002.
