How do i build a search table in excel

Is there any way of building a search table on excel, so I can search a
large spreadsheet e.g. the search table is in sheet1 and the data
spreadsheet is in sheet2. Both sheets are linked. With in the search
table on sheet1 I want to have several search fields (Filters) these
will consist of a dropdown lists or boxes were I can freely type in
information i.e. a customer name in cells this is then linked to the
data spreadsheet on sheet2 and filters sheet 2 to bring up the customer
record.

Please see attached zip file.

Advanced filter or database functions may be a solution.
