Excel 12 should have text annotations (as Business Scorecards)
 

I miss that Excel 12 should have a possibility to add text annotations to
numbers as a standard function in the connection to MSAS in SQL server 2005
(as Business Scorecards 2005)

You should direct all Excel 12 correspondence to the beta newsgroups and
assuming you have a legal beta version you should know that
