Default Pivot Not Updateing

I looked at everything.
Since I have updated data sheet my pivot table is not
updating. It still only shows wk 1-12 (last time I
updated).

I click the update pivot button and nothing.
I checked the pivot table and it captures all rows and
columns for weeks 1-48.
I checked the Week Pivot button and it has a check next to
show all and also next to each week 1-12 but does not show
any week past 12.

Please help

Is the new data included in the pivot source? To check:

Select a cell in the pivot table
On the Pivot table toolbar, choose PivotTableWizard
Click the Back button
If the range doesn't include the new rows, select them.
Click Finish

If that was the problem, you might find it easier to use a dynamic range
as the pivot table source. There are instructions he

Is the data on a sheet in the same workbook?
What happens if you change the data in weeks 1-12? Does the pivot table
change when you refresh it?

I am sorry. User must get more sleep. My error.
I was looking at PER or month 12 and thinking it was 12
weeks of data not 12 periods of data and up to date. It
is updated fine.

I do Love the offset formula (in the link you provided )so
I don't have any blank column or blank rows. I had
originally setup the pivot table to include more rows than
I would ever need so I wouldn't have to check on the size
of the data table as each week was added. At the start of
the year there was no way to know how many rows each week
would have. Offset formula works great and eliminates the
blanks.

Great! Thanks for letting me know that you've got the pivot table
working, and that the link helped you.
