Need help with unit formulas
When you type an E for each which would equal 1, or type C for per hundred
which would equal .01, how do you get the cell to show E or C but calculate by 1 or .01? |
=IF(B2="E",1*A2,0.01*A2)
Provided column A is a number to be multiplied by "E" or "C" I hope this helps. "Tom Andrews" wrote: When you type an E for each which would equal 1, or type C for per hundred which would equal .01, how do you get the cell to show E or C but calculate by 1 or .01? |
