SumProduct

I am trying to use a sumproduct formula to group and categorize data
that is characterized by different weekly columns. The source data
will only be updated monthly. However, my report will be produced
weekly for a period of time shorter than the source table. Therefore,
each week the presentation table will have a different week for week #1
than the previous week (i.e. 1st week deliverable week #1 - 24-Feb; 2nd
week deliverable week #1 - 03-Mar). I think the problem I am having
with the sumproduct is that my data for the weeks is not in a similar
array as the other data that will categorize the information. I have
attached a PDF as an example. Does anyone have an idea how to do this
with sumproduct?
