Since Excel 12 has not been released yet, this is likely a question more
suitable for the beta newsgroup.

But, if Excel 12 is similar to previous versions in this regard, then you
would use either the array-entered LINEST worksheet function or the
Regression tool of the Analysis ToolPak. If it's not similar, ...
