Is there a way to restrict input cells to only allow for input based on the
format of the cell? For example suppose A1 is formatted for a date. Can the cell be restricted to prevent someone from entering text or a number. Thank you for any help provided. Frick |

It's not a 100% way but under datavalidation you can specify dates and lots
