inserta row and affect same formula on same sheet

Help!
I have a sheet that is for calculating commissions. I copy and paste the
same data 52 times (for each week) on sheeet 1. But if I have to insert a
row for a new employee it does change all the other weeks. So first, I need
a formula that will add several rows at one time and correct the formulas. I
also need a formula that when I add a row on sheet 1 for a need employee, it
adds a new Column on sheet to for totaling.

Sheet 1 Example

Date Employee Name Sales Commission Totals
Employee Name Sales Commission Totals
Employee Name Sales Commission Totals

Date Employee Name Sales Commission Totals
Employee Name Sales Commission Totals
Employee Name Sales Commission Totals

and so on........

I am sure that there is solution to my problem, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks for any help
