Default effective gross income

I would like to know the formula in excel to calculate the effective gross
income if I have the value, capitalization rate and the operating expenses.
Or what abriviations Excel uses for capitalization rate and effective gross
income

Hi,

I'd look in Excel help for Financial functions - there is a range of NPV/IRR
type calculations one of which may meet your need.
