The formula "networkdays" doesn't seem to work when there is a year change. I
hope someone has a solution for this.

Networkdays has no problem with year changes in my experience.

Can you post an example of data where you get an incorrect
result/error?

Hi, I think I found the error that caused the issue: the start date was equal
to one of the holidays...
