How do I get to the last line of a large spreadsheet to add data
 

I need to update a monthly spreadsheet on a daily basis. How do I get to the
bottom of the data without paging or scrolling down every time?

I use a macro see

and

see the black arrow pointed down on a yellow background for the toolbar icon.
