How do I ensure that the coments appear adjacent to the cell
When I enter comments in excel worksheet cells, and later try to view the same
, the comments do not appear adjacent to the cell where entered. They appear at the top of the sheet in boxes with long lines attached to the cell where commnet was entered. The boxes need further expanding to view the comment later. this is very inconvenient and time consuming. |

I don't think you can do anything but put them back where you want them.
Debra Dalgleish has some code to do that: http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Reset If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm A.RAGHUNATH wrote: When I enter comments in excel worksheet cells, and later try to view the same , the comments do not appear adjacent to the cell where entered.
