Possible to change the program Excel uses to open a hyperlinked file?
Topic pretty much sums it up. Excel is using Sound Recorder 32 as the program to play the .wav files I'm hyperlinking in a spreadsheet, but it doesn't actually open the program; it's completely invisible. Therefore, I can't pause or fast forward or anything like that - even shut it off! I had to kill the sndrec32.exe process to get it to stop playing music. LOL. Anyway, this begs the question: is there a way to tell Excel to open the hyperlinked .wav with another program like WMP? Thanks a lot. -- killerangel ------------------------------------------------------------------------ killerangel's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=32038 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=518061 |
