excel does not open up any workbook
When I double click on an Excel 2003 file (xls), it opens up excel but
it does not load the worksheet I double clicked on, nor does it load any worksheet. All I get left with is the toolbars and a grey screen. I get the same screen when I open up a new excel sheet/ workbook. The only way I can open up a file is to load the grey screen then I have to use the file -- open function and then navigate to the file that I already double clicked on. I have looked in the settings to try and find something to change/adjust but there isn't anything to solve the problem. I'm using a PC not a Mac! Has anyone got any idea's on this. |

Hi
Have a look at Tools/Options/General and toggle the 'Ignore Other Applications' checkbox. Andy. wrote in message oups.com...
