I have lost the in cell drop down in validation
 

I have used data validation with list and have set the in-cell drop down.
But I have lost the drop down arrow. This is just on one worksheet in the
workbook of several worksheets and all of the others the incell drop down
works fine. and I can copy the cell from the one worksheet to others and it
works. Some how I must have turned off the drop down function, but I don't
how

If you hit data / Validation does it still show it as being linked to a
list.

We have come across this before, but no-one seems to know a way of getting
it back. AFAIK you will have to rebuild your worksheet.
