Looked & read 'til I'm sick in the head :-(

Can someone please provide an excel formula for the following:

all number combinations
4 numbers per combo
numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0

I've tried "Combination" over and over without luck. I am a non-numeric
person so 123 for Dummys would be very appreciated (frankly, someone can
email me the results if that's easier for you)
