Default Formula's

I want Excel to automatically highlight a figure or change colour of it's
font once it is equal to or greater than the figure in a different box e.g

Once the figure in A4 is equal to or exceeds the figure in G4 I would like
the font to be either red or the box to be highlighted yellow.

Click on A4 and then choose Format, Conditional Format Under
Condition 1 you should see Cell Values, click on the arrow and change
it to Formula is, in the box next to this put in this formula
=A4=G4 then click on format and choose how you would like to see it
displayed then click on OK and you should be set.
