Is there a function in Excel that lets you copy and entire range from one tab

Do you really mean COPY ? If so just copy and paste

Copy entire ranges
What I really mean is to LINK an entire named range from one worksheet to
another worksheet within the same workbook. I don't want to link (or copy) the entire worksheet just link the range. Sorry for the incorrect terminology and for not being very clear the first time.
