I have one sheet called "Data" and a sheet called "summary".

The format of "Data" is as follows:

Agent TL OT
592400 Mujeeb Khan 4.37
592379 Leo Muthu 0.00
592389 Milind Dovhal 0.09
592390 Aslam Hussain 0.02
592421 Murali Krishna 3.99
592426 Murali Krishna 4.00
592481 Shobhan Choppala -0.02
592485 Vamsidhar V -0.44
592506 Chitra Kumari 0.08
592509 Shobhan Choppala -0.01
592380 Karthikeyan R 0.00
590230 Mujeeb Khan 4.32
590231 Vibhuti Khanna 9.60
590236 Binoy VK 0.00
590249 Hariharan Sarma 0.21
590250 Hariharan Sarma 0.67
590252 Nitin Attri 9.68

The format of "Summary" is as follows:
TL OT
Abraham Syed
Binoy VK
Hariharan Sarma
Milind Dovhal


What I need in the OT column (of "Summary" sheet is sum total for the TL
from the column OT in the "Data" sheet if the value (in OT column) for each
Agent of that TL is greater than 0.
