Some cells in my spreadsheet are not printing.

Some cells in my spreadsheet are not printing. I can see them on the screen
and in the print preview, but they do not appear on the printout. I've
copied the formatting from cells that are working, but they still do not
print.

Most similar problems are covered on by colors.htm page, under problems, but you've
already indicated problem beyond what I have there and on the colors_print.htm page.

Copying the formats from cells that work on the same sheet should cover text that is not black in color.
as you also said:
Displays -- okay
Print Preview -- okay
Printing -- some cells okay, some don't

Assuming that your files have .xls extension, I can't think of anything. Even if they weren't
I can't think of anything but HTML could offer surprises...

I think you've covered not B&W option in page setup, not disability High Contrast option,
and because you can see in display it is not Conditional Formatting.
I don't see anything different for Format, styls involving printer and would be
surprised if anything changed in Excel 2003, which I wouldn't have read about
in the newsgroups. You covered very well what you'd tried you did miss specifying your version.

The only thing I can think of is cells outside of your print area range do not print,
Since you did not indicate that the nonprinting cells were scattered, that's a possibility
as there can only be one print range...
File, Print Area make sure there is nothing specified

Someone could get creative with Event Macros, and printing.
Check the worksheet, right click on sheet tab, then view code.
Check the workbook, right click on Excel logo to left of your menus, view code.
