I have a spreadsheet that a foreman wants to have a continuous page but he
wants to have certain wording to print when he tells it to. I can't figure
out how to do this. Below is what he wants to print on every sheet. How do
I do this?
1. Place inspection code in column "C" and an A or R in the accept/reject
colum
2. Fill out Nonconformance Report for rejected items, enter NCR no. in
column marked A/R.
3. Acceptance criteria AWS D1.1 latest edition Section 6. File Reports in
appropriate job file.

If I read you correctly, you want all that printed at the top of every
printed page no matter what on that sheet the foreman chooses to print. Is
that correct?
If so, then do this. At the top of that spreadsheet, type exactly what
you want printed at the top of every printed sheet. Let's say that takes 9
rows. With that sheet on the screen, click on File - Page Setup. Select
the "Sheet" tab. Find the text space that is labeled: "Rows to repeat at
top:" In that space put "1:9" without the quotes. Click OK. Done. Please
post back if this doesn't answer your question. HTH Otto

Actually I want to print all of this at the bottom of every page. How do I
go about doing that?

Look at Page Setup as before, but look at the Header/Footer tab. There
you have a block into which you can write a footer to go at the bottom of
the printed page. I don't know how long a footer can be but give that a
try. HTH Otto
