Default Why are german users getting an error with Mround? ATP installed.

I have a workbook that uses the MROUND function. It is used globally, and
once ATP is installed, there are typically no problems. However, I have now
had two incidents where German users still get the dreaded "#name" error. I
have confirmed that they have the Analysis Toolpak (Analyse-Funktionen is
German) installed.

Is MROUND in a different Toolpak in the German version? This seems unlikely,
but I'm clutching at straws at this point.
