Default tool bar question

Hello,

A while back I clicked and dragged FILE and the TOOLs menus and dragged them
off of the tool bar. How do I get them back?

Thank You,
Brian

Tools | Customize | Commands
Find the Category for Built-in Menus.
Drag them from the list in the dialog back to the Menu Bar.

Go to ToolsCustomize, select the Toolbar section, and then select
Worksheet Menu Bar on that list, and click the Reset button.
