Which excel function would work best?
On sheet 1 I have a fixed column of data which contains dollar figures. On
the 2nd sheet I have a variable in a cell entered by the user. I want to calculate a list of figures based on the fixed data (sheet 1) and the user variable on the 2nd sheet. The one column answer could have as little as 5 rows or up to 60 rows. So, the output results column size on sheet 2 will not necessarily match the fixed column of data from sheet 1. I need to know which function would work best for this case. Using Excel 2000 (9.0.7616 SP-3) on XP (SP1). Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Figured it out using a combination of IF and OR functions.
