Copying a conditional format

Is there a way to copy just the conditional format of a cell that uses a
formula as its condition. Such as "=h4.5" . What I want to do is use the
same format for different cells down a column. The "h4" has to change to
whatever row the copied format is on. So if I copy the conditional format on
"A4" that has the formula "H4.5" and copy it to row "5" the conditional
format should read "H5.5".

You can use the "Format Painter" toolbar icon to copy Conditional Formatting,
but it would be a lot better to format everything that it might apply to
ahead of time as long as the range is continuous it should be more
efficient. (looks like a paint brush, not the paint buckets).

I have a page on Conditional Formatting
