out of a group of cells, if max, then display this other cell
 

i have 10 non adjacent cells, that i'd like return not only the value
(%) of the highest 1 cell, but also the value for the cell 3 cells left
and 3 cells down of that highest cell in the group.

What you got on that one??

bonus.... i'd like to do that for the 3 highest.
