Formulas quit---

The workbook used almost everyday was fine until today.It opens with a
message box asking to "disable or enable macros". After enabling macros
(which is the only choice I have), all the formulas doesn't work.
I have try using the F9 and the Calculate Automatic methods as suggested by
some but still cannot work.
Examples of formulas: =IF(AND(ISNUMBER(F41)),F41/100*20,""),
=IF(AND(F4069,F40<74),25,IF(AND(F4074,F40<90),27 ,IF(F40100,65,"")))
What is wrong?

Check the following:

Tools|Options|View

Do you have "Formulas" checked under window options? If so, uncheck it.
