Default How do I change the ROW HEIGHT in one column?

I am trying to create an excel sheet for my bowling to make calculations
easier. I want to make all the cells from A2- say A25 have a height of 16,
and then the rest of the cells to only have a height of 8. So that there are
two cells in the second column for each one cell in the first column. Is
this possible, and if so how do I do it.

You can merge cells to give the effect you described.
Highlight cells A2 and A3. On the menu bar, Format Cells, click the
Alignment tab and check Merge Cells. (You probably have a seldom used button
on your toolbar that has a small 'a' in the middle with arrows pointing left
and right; it's the Merge and Center button and will merge highlighted cells
without going through the menus). From the alignment tab, you can also
specify how the contents of the merged cells should be aligned; you'll
probably want top vertically.
Note that A2 and A3 are now one, so you've effectively doubled the height of
A2. Does that do what you're looking for?
If so, you can repeat by either using the format painter (the paintbrush on
the toolbar) or Ctrl+y to repeat (click on the next two cells and then
Ctrl+Y, etc).
