use lotus 1-2-3 commands in excel 2003
can you please help me by telling me how to use lotus commands in the excel
2003 version as their seems to be no simple solution. i have set the transition check boxes to checked (to no avail) and have looked on the help and online help sections without success. many thanks |

If the OP means 123 slash (aka Classic) menu commands, then no joy. The 123 /-menu emulator is/was separate and distinct from transition formula entry/evaluation. |

Not really. Excel 2003 no longer provides support for 123 /-menu commands. While it may be possible to write a LOT of VBA code to provide a means of simulating 123's /-menu, it'd be a waste of time (read: I myself wouldn't do it for free, and I doubt anyone else would either). You have two practical alternatives, and only you can decide which to choose: (1) revert to an older versio of Excel that does simulate the 123 /-menu, or (2) finally learn how to do things in Excel without using 123 /-menu commands at all. |
